In this regard, it obliges the users to accept the privacy policy, otherwise, it announced that the use of the program will be restricted. After the preliminary study about finding most disturbing statements, 5 statements were obtained. A pairwise scaling study based on paired comparisons was conducted with 108 participants in order to determine which of these statements disturbs the users most and at what is the distance of the other statements to this most disturbing statement. According to the results obtained, the expression that disturbs the individuals the most was “If the contract is not approved until a certain date, termination of the use of the program is an imposition”. The phrase that bothers individuals in the second place is "I realize that I should not trust messaging programs". Third row nuisance phrase "these rules to be applied in Turkey is not applicable in the European Union countries (Çiftestandartl approach)" phrase has been. The fourth place disturbing was the statement "My data will be shared with third parties". The least disturbing of these expressions was the expression "realizing that there is no other program to hold the place".
